The Harvard Shop is committed to providing high-quality collegiate apparel and gifts; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package the items, including the original packing slip, before dropping the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our student-run team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
